Delivery & Returns
[Update on Delivery Times]
Due to issues outside of our control there will be a delay in shipping orders between Thursday 25th May - 2nd June. All orders placed during this time will be fulfilled on Friday 3rd June.
Delivery - Small Items
Delivery of small items such as cycle helmets and accessories is by Royal Mail. These items are fulfilled from Safely Travelled's offices and are sent out the next working day following your order placement.
Delivery - Large Items
For larger items such as car seats and cycle seats, we use a 48 hour courier service, meaning the item will need to be signed for on arrival. These items are fulfilled from our trusted warehousing partner and so may arrive at a different time to the rest of your order.
Returns - Small Items
If you wish to return an item please send an email to email@example.com and we will issue you a Returns Authorisation. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
Returns - Large Items
If you wish to return a car seat or cycle seat please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the item to be collected from you by our couriers. The cost is a flat £10 which we will deduct from your refund.
